RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

·         Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.

·         Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.

·         The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.

·         Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.

·         Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.

·         Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.

·         Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.

·         We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
